Recare redesigns discharge management. With our software-as-a-service platform, we simplify and accelerate discharge and transfer processes for patients who need further care after their hospital stay. The digital marketplace connects 900 acute care hospitals with 650 rehabilitation clinics and 25,000 other care providers in the areas of care and aid/home care. Recare was founded in 2017 and is based in Berlin.
Recare was faced with the challenge of achieving strong growth in the care sector in a very short period of time and successfully establishing targeted product expansions on the market.
Internally, the necessary capacities were lacking to consistently implement these requirements in a scalable form.
In addition, there was not enough expertise in the area of cold calling — in particular with regard to the optimal conversation structure, the effective set-up of a call and the establishment of a lively cold call culture in the company.
REP developed a precise and powerful cold call script based on a deep understanding of our target customers and the added value that Recare provides.
