Misconduct or discrepancies should be addressed openly and ethical standards should be met at all times.
Professionalism: A professional appearance and conduct are essential for our company's success. Employees should behave in a respectful, reliable and solution-oriented manner at all times. This includes a well-groomed appearance, constructive communication and a commitment to high-quality work results. Our professionalism is reflected in our dealings with customers, business partners and colleagues.
All internal information, trade secrets and personal data must be kept strictly confidential. This also applies to all information that customers entrust to us. Customer data, business secrets and contractual agreements must be protected with the utmost care. Disclosure of such information to third parties is only permitted with express permission or if there is a legal obligation to do so. Protecting customer data and sensitive company information is a top priority.
Employees are required to disclose personal or financial interests that could lead to a conflict of interest with the company or our customers. Business decisions must always be made in the best interest of the company and our customers and must not be influenced by private benefits. Any form of advantage that could impair trust between companies, customers and business partners must be avoided. If a potential conflict of interest occurs, this must be reported immediately to the responsible body in the company.
We are committed to fair competition and comply with all applicable competition and antitrust laws. Agreements with competitors or manipulation of market mechanisms are prohibited. Our services are offered honestly and without misleading practices.
Bribery and corruption in any form are prohibited. Employees may neither accept nor offer bribes or inappropriate gifts. All business practices must be transparent and legal.
Any violation of the principles of conduct can result in disciplinary measures, including legal consequences. Employees, business partners and customers are required to report violations or suspicions immediately. Violations of the principles of conduct can be reported at any time without fear of retaliation. REP provides mechanisms to protect whistleblowers and keep their reports confidential.
