Wir suchen eine:n Unternehmer:in im Recruiting – jemanden, der unseren gesamten Hiring-Bereich als eigenes Produkt begreift, eigenständig treibt, misst und ständig besser macht. Wenn eine Woche ohne Hire vergeht, willst du wissen warum – und hast die Antwort, bevor wir fragen.
Dein Kernauftrag: kontinuierlich starke Sales Development Reps (SDRs) gewinnen – schnell, in Qualität und in Menge. Darum herum baust du den gesamten Recruiting-Bereich: Prozess, Tracking, Sourcing-Kanäle und Employer Branding.
