To further drive our growth, we are looking for an SDR (m/f/d) – with operational strength and a hunter gene.

About the job

Your tasks

  • You identify the needs and interests of potential customers and build relationships with decision-makers in a wide range of industries.
  • You proactively contact target customers by telephone, email and social media, and act as the first point of contact.
  • You arrange meetings and ensure a smooth start to the sales cycle.
  • You are responsible for maintaining customer interaction and information in the CRM system to ensure efficient lead management.
  • You are responsible for the entire first phase of the sales cycle, developing new outreach strategies with our team to attract the attention of target customers.
  • You will further develop promising contacts by arranging initial product demo appointments for the responsible account executive.
  • You will organise yourself and your appointments independently and also take care of the preparation and follow-up of your meetings yourself.

Your profile

What you bring to the table

  • Determination, persistence and the ambition to be responsible for your own success.
  • Enjoyment of active telephone work and professional direct sales, and an extremely high level of customer focus.
  • Good presentation skills and the ability to inspire people with ease and a touch of humour.
  • Very good knowledge of German, both spoken and written.
